Her Healing Place Conference and Retreat returns for year two with more love!
For months after our 2019 event, the energy and healing vibes reverberated in the atmosphere and among attendees, who relished in what they experienced.
Considering it was our first year and there was so much growing occurring, it was quite the feat, which solidified that this work is needed, and the atmosphere we create at Her Healing Place is the vehicle necessary to facilitate the work.

Retreat attendees who purchase a ticket at the Platinum level will experience the event with all the bells and whistles! Cover your travel and hotel stay if you decide to spend nights, and we'll take care of all the rest! Your ticket includes access to everything all weekend long and luscious swag!
We have negotiated a discounted rate for your hotel stay at The Embassy Suites in Hampton, VA. The hotel block is available now. Breakfast is included with your room as well as an evening cocktail reception. This special room block is good until June 1, 2021.

VIRTUAL Welcome Event Friday Night!
To kick off the weekend, join us online from the comfort of your home or hotel room for our Welcome Event!
The evening will be spent embracing you and creating the atmosphere of love, safety and bravery.
We will learn how to create refreshing non-alcoholic beverages and a lite bite through the expertise of Chef B. Sydell McNair of The Tasting Spoon!
You will learn how cultivating a gratitude practice can make space for healing with the eccentric, high-spirited and colorful Clinical Therapist, T.C. Mason of I'm A Beautiful Weirdo!
Our keynote experience together will be lead by the brilliantly radiant, licensed Psychologist, Dr. Barbara Shabazz of Intentional Activities.
Conference Day: Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 9 am until 4 pm.
Streaming live from the campus of Old Dominion University Peninsula Center's virtual studio, the conference will begin promptly at 10 am.
Log-in as early as 9 am to shop the virtual vendor marketplace with carefully selected wellness vendors and enjoy the musical ambiance set by Radiance String Ensembles.
Be moved indescribably by powerful and impactful presenters from the stage.
Our wonderful host is the star of AYBFilm.com's feature film, "America, You're Beautiful," Nina C. Brewton!
The inviting and light-hearted Mrs. Nikieta Lambert, will be taking us through a "Soul Scan" to inventory the state of our soul.
The transformational Aila Shai returns to help us release through writing and movement what is currently blocking our healing.
These two powerhouses will push us into our breathing space, where you'll have time to grab a quick bite to eat and shop with the vendors in our virtual marketplace.
Conference Day Continued
Our powerhouse keynote, Myra Smith-Jones, will challenge our resistance to healing and demonstrate the power of God's universality through song.
There will be professional counselors and life-coaches on hand to assist attendees with processing and moving through what comes up for them in the moment.
There will be ample breathing space for the work. This time can be used to get fresh air, speak with one of our trained staff, get a bite to eat or shop with the vendors.
A cleansing and closing ceremony will end the conference so each attendee is left feeling safe and secure with access to resources for continuing the work.

Sunday Morning, June 20th...
Movement, Meditation, Making, Manifestation and Closing Session!
After an evening of intensive energy clearing, its time to move, meditate, craft and manifest!
Sunday morning, wake-up and refresh with a light yoga flow and meditation by Khalilah Miles of Infin8te Lotus. Khalilah will help us be intentional about how we will continue the healing work that began over the weekend.
Mid-morning, we will indulge our sacral chakra creative energy through a hands-on craft design, curated especially for us by the creatress, Jessica Josephine of Zion's Kreations.
Our last experience will be led by Stephanie Prince, Manifestation and Glow Coach. She will help us as passionate and purpose-led women to unhinge our power. What left us feeling powerless, Stephanie will help us re-discover and integrate back into our work.
Our retreat will officially end with our visionary, Megan Jenifer-Harris, alongside Bonney Barnes of The Day Program spiritually and energetically closing the weekend with blessings and benedictions.
