Yoga has helped me to grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off of my mat. Through my practice, I have been inspired to really live each moment to its fullest potential.
I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa flow training at Tribal Yoga in Hampton, VA, studying with Amber Favaregh and Rolf Gates. My desire to continue learning and growing helps to provide me with fresh insights to inspire my teaching.
In every class, my goal is to create an atmosphere filled with a spirit of playfulness, freedom, beauty, movement and calmness while maintaining the integrity of each pose. My teaching style is intuitive and nourishes the untapped potential of my students while challenging them to reach beyond their perceived limitations; nourishing the mind, the body and the spirit.
My hope is that you will leave my class refreshed, rejuvenated, energized and ready to take your yoga off of your mat and into the world.
